Great location and friendly staff.
Room was large, but there was no comfortable couch or chairs. No luggage racks.

Location, friendly & helpful staff, large room with 2 double windows, good HVAC, nice shower, large comfy bed, sophisticated and modern design, generally well maintained, clean and welcoming, good sized safe, ok fridge, excellent brunch!
Heavy doors and steep steps to enter/exit, room lighting is terrible…harsh, strong shadowing, minimal lighting for bathroom, no convenient power for cell phones, etc., no convenient hooks for towels, etc. where they’re needed.

Beautiful space, nice breakfast (outside of the coffee), wonderful rooms and a great, central location.
The staff were simply awful. Super unfriendly (especially the tall guy with the beard, whose whole attitude just screamed "get out") staff except for the one receptionist with bleached eyebrows, who we adored. Not family friendly at all. And seriously, what was up with the entry doors and stairs? Awful for bringing in suitcases, and they didn't even move to help us. The place was overpriced simply because any amount is too much when the vibe sucks this bad.
