Ils sont venus faire le ménage à 16h uniquement…, ce qui était trop tard selon moi.

Wonderful welcome by Michel, who showed us all the facilities and the reception staff. We had clean spacious room, comfortable beds and quiet. Perfect location in the old lower town, from where it was easy to get to everything. Rail station only a 15 minute walk away
Steps leading up to reception might present a problem for people with mobility issues

Location-perfect
Confusing rates. Booked awhile back so was unsure of what was included. Went to website and saw rates were less and included breakfast. Didn’t expect rate to be adjusted, but also didn’t expect that a continental breakfast would be an additional $24 per person.
Staff was so nice that I didn’t address it at all, except to ask if breakfast was included in my rate and they said no.
Stay was perfect otherwise.

Great location minutes away from bars and restaurants. The room was lovely, very spacious, and the bathroom was just beautiful
Breakfast was quite expensive but with very little choice, and we had to wait 20min to get our car back

The location was fantastic, The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Would have like to have filtered water in the room instead of having to go to downstairs to fill up a pitcher to make coffee and tea in the room.

lovely location close to old port and town and not far from funicular to get to upper town. not sure what it was but the hotel smelt fantastic, know a funny thing to stay but it did smell wonderful when we walked in !

Only thing would be that the parking isn’t included, but luckily it’s not too expensive.

Good location, friendly , helpful staff. Comfortable room.
Coffee machine in the room didn’t work. The Mini fridge was incredibly noisy so I had to keep it unplugged so as to not disturb my sleep.

The courteous, pleasant, professionalism of the staff was great. The facility itself was a pleasant surprise in that the interior modernization was in complete contrast to the outside of the building itself. Good job.

Close to everything coffee shop, restaurant, attractions:museums,loved the free coffee,tea,hot chocolate,the filtered water, great for families,so many rooms you can play games with the kids, restaurant on site is Italian, amazing pizza and pasta.

the hotel stuff are very nice and friendly. the hotel almost in the old town, all old town are in walk distance. the hotel has parking. it's amazing to have a parking space in old Quebec City

this hotel is in prime location - walking distance to everything in old town Quebec! loved how we could pop home if we needed anything.
the staff charged the wrong account - they could use our Qantas card to pay for the room but not the security deposit? weird right? anyways so we put down another credit card and they charged the room to that. tried to fix it on departure but changed 50% of the total to the Qantas card and 50% to the credit card.
