Good family room. Large pool, good sauna and gym. Close to restaurants and bars. Friendly staff.
A few things were broken in the room and some maintenance was needed in the hotel. Although conveniently located, the area is a bit rough especially at night. Wouldn't recommend with young kids.

I didn’t have breakfast. Not sure if it was included.
I wasn’t really given info upfront about checkout time or breakfast. I didn’t ask but usually it’s given. We also needed shower caps in the room.

Beds were comfortable and the restaurant food and staff was excellent.
We went from having no hot water at all to having scalding hot water. We were unable to properly shower all three nights that we were there. We were not offered another room or compensation.
