Could never get hot water for bathing

the women serving breakfast were very nice.

Everything about this hotel is small. it is a new owner and they just slapped on a coat of paint. Way overpriced!

The room was very small, only 1 ice machine worked

The only good thing was there breakfast offering and staff.

Filthy and very worn rugs throughout hotel and room. Walls dirty. Plaster from one one wall torn and coming off. Very sad interior shape and in need of major maintenance. Not a four star hotel or even a two star hotel.

I wanted a room that was a suite ans I got a plain little room.

Well I love the staff, they were nice, and helpful. I went to the bar, and talk to the ladies working the bar they were nice, and made me a good drink. Ordered me some food, and I enjoyed myself. Overall the Customer service, the food was good, the staff was friendly and great to talk to. I will be back!

Well for starters, the toilet seat was broke, the mini fridge didn't keep my water cool, dont know why, the bed my grand kids were in they said something bit them and they kept itching, and the wi-fi wasn't working. So to then I decided to get them out for a bit we went to get on the computer downstairs they didn't work, so we went to work out and most of the machines didn't work. So we walked around a bit then went back to our room.

The location and accommodations were great...

Check in was a bit confusing... Was told I could check in by the front desk but by the time I arrived I was instructed I would have to wait almost 2 hours before I could check in...
