Nice place, but maybe not the best value around

Nice location, friendly staff and clean

Bed and pillows were not very comfy and the value overall was not there for what was paid, especially since there is no breakfast.

Very clean, simple but functional amenities. Friendly staff.

Nothing really. Maybe Queen beds instead of doubles as we had to share beds.

one and done, had good time

everything except cost of parking should be free and the ability to correct a fradulant charge made in the dinning area.it was taken care of however it was inconvient and time consuming to fix a problem that should be easyier to rectify.

A very welcome find for us when our flight was cancelled at Reagan National 2 or 3 stops away.

The property is next door to the D.C. Metro. When I saw that the tracks were just across the street from our 5th floor window, I resigned to an early morning "wake-up." But it was near total quiet. Amazing!

I would stary here again.

Located directly across from the Metro station. Easy walk to the waterfront. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Good jumping off spot to tour the monuments and museums.

No pool.

Some bathroom amenities. Lotion, shower cap. The refrigerator didn't seem the coldest

Superb

Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Next to the metro. Room was super quiet.

Fan in the bathroom was very loud. It kept turning on in the middle of the night.

great location

breakfast was disappointing, hardly any choice, room was dark. they forget to inform the restaurant my breakfast was included and had to ask reception again for it. pricey stay for the money I paid, I expected more

Exceptional

The parking garage is hard to figure out, but once you find out that the hilton main elevator opens to parking garage, it is wonderful.

They had to take out microwaves out of room because of covid, they need to put them back in rooms. They did help me with using the one in the main lobby Staff were GREAT!

Passable

tub drain was clogged bed was slightly dirty (stains, fingernail found on bed) Thought there would be a microwave in room but it was not. And no other way to heat up leftover food Parking fee was ridiculously high. Parking garage is su[er confusing to navigate through

Could have been much better for the price!!

1st room had NO hot water, NO coffee cups, and bed was not completely made. Front desk moved our room for the 2nd night. James K Cardy

temperature control made it difficult to make it cooler. pillows were awful

Nice. Staff was very accommodating. The bed in my first room was not comfortable and I was able to change rooms easily.
