Good location. Nice, quiet and clean property. Very nice and welcoming staff/ receptionists. Rooms were spacious and clean. Shower was nice and hot with a strong water pressure. Had an amazing view from the balcony and was right across from the stage at the Virginia Beach Funk Fest. Breakfast was very good. Food was fresh and plentiful and the dining & bar area was nice and clean.

Location, great staff, breakfast included. Great ocean view. Blue Angels flew over the hotel multiple times "Awesome".......
Parking fee, pet fee, local city, state and other hotel fees. Roads in and out. Homeless people camping on the public benches and beach begging for money at every turn.

I thought the room was really nice and the room service was great. The breakfast was good too.
The check in too awhile and it was crowed the whole time, I think there is just limited space

Good location and liked the boardwalk and beach area. Friendly helpful staff.
Had trouble with room door and balcony door being too hard to open/close. Elec outlet for coffeemaker didn’t work as well as elec outlet at nightstand lamp. Had to plug in coffeemaker & charge phones on desk lamp outlet. Microwave was too low for elderly folks to use. Disappointed with hot breakfast (no bacon, pork sausage or sausage/gravybiscuits) and most hot eggs had cheese which some folks cannot eat. Mattress was hard & not the usual pillow top mattress as other Hampton Inns.
