The pool was out of service and I was not told about it. My kids had absolutely nothing to do!

Best place I’ve stayed hands down. Greeter who helped load and unload our luggage was by far the best human being I’ve ever met, nicest person.

The staff for breakfast were super friendly, the breakfast that was included with the stay had a great variety, and the staff kept the space clean despite how busy they were. The room was clean and the dog walking area was a huge bonus. The indoor pool was also great. The gentleman who worked in the lobby was very accommodating and helped us get our luggage loaded in our car while making sure folks were getting in and out since it was so busy.

We updated our reservation to add a day and the hotel staff states the didn't know but they were told by booking.com while I waited on the phone and I called to confirm after receiving and emailed confirmation from booking.com. The woman at the front desk acted like she couldn't meet the extra day even though we were standing there with nowhere to go. After being a little upset with her she was able to find a room to accommodate our family. Other than this issue the stay was great.

Beautiful hotel! The staff was phenomenal! Greeted you upon arrival and was very attentive if a problem occurred.

The good part was the staff. Always smiling. Room were good enough or neat.

The water smells HORRIBLE. Not sure if that’s chlorine. It was almost nasty as a stale food left in water (yup I know that weird smell). The included buffet. A BIG NO! I understand this has been given to the restaurant under their building. BUT, the past reviews does not work at all with my experience on November 20-22nd, 2023! Rude staff, is you ask a question or say I will help myself. They literally say “YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT”. I was shook. Why am I not allowed? Who are you to tell me? Lol. Parking, it is unbelievable that for parking you got to pay and as well park a block away from the hotel. Overall I believe they do not really care for ppl who come off season and it was a mess. The reviews were so good but I wouldn’t recommend this place for the money I have paid. No luxury at all. I am sure you have much more better ones for less price.

Ac didn't work the first night, informed mgmt maintenance came to fix it but, staff didn’t acknowledge my inconvenience I experienced .

Location. Room was very nice. Also pet friendly.

Wasn’t pleased with how expensive it was. Our patio door was broken. Parking was off property, not included in stay so an extra $140 for 3 days. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The eggs were sitting in the water, and they were cold. Everything really wasn’t very warm. 

Breakfast was very good - variety of hot items and well stocked. The staff kept everything fresh and were very pleasant.

Room was on a "dog floor" and had a couple small stains on the sofa and the sheets.

Location was super convenient! Loved the kitchenette and sofa bed in our room.

Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast but would have liked to have more to go items such as pastries and fruit cups.

Position, overall cleaness, and the staff. Breakfast was a plus as well.

I was not aware, till after payment that there will be a $20 per dat parking fee. I wish I knew that upfront. Your price SHOULD reflect all layers of payments. I've would end up paying anyway, but the way it came it looked sneaky.

The location right on the beach and the ability to bring pets.

After staying down the road at the other Hyatt Place on the north end, breakfast and service at this one was a disappointment. The way they handle families coming in for breakfast, the food, it was nothing like the exceptional options and friendly service we had last year at the other Hyatt Place. Also, the front desk was often unmanned. Seemed a little unprofessional. Again, couldn’t help but compare it to the one on the north end.

The staff went out of their way to help us any way they could. The ladies at the morning breakfast that kept up with the food service, cleaning tables, etc were amazing and remembered our names every morning!

I thought the price could have been better our view was ocean front but below was a roof that had garbage on it and was unsightly to look at every day

The room was modern and clean. Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely nice and helpful! The staff was responsive to any requests or questions we had in a timely manner. The view of the beach from the room is excellent!

The breakfast was good; however, the eggs were too salty. It would be nice if the "main" course was rotated daily (pancakes were served 3 out of 4 days, and waffles on just one day). It would be beneficial to have more than seven luggage carts for a 20-floor hotel. It is hard to obtain one on check-out day which makes things more stressful.

We didn’t require cleaning everyday in our room, as we didn’t want to be disturbed. But one day only we needed the cleaning. We were leaving the room, when the cleaners were about to start. When we came back, they did almost nothing. The trash bins were still full, no cleaning. They only changed towels and trash in bathroom. that’s it. Apart from that they took our kid’s personal towel, luckily we found out the next day and it was returned. The cleaning was a disappointing experience, so we didn’t want any till the end of the trip.
