From arrival to departure all staff very courteous and professional and accommodating. Very quiet all the time.
On arrival there were quite a few people waiting to register. There was only one person doing registrations. Very apologetic. I feel there should have been another employee to help with registration. Everyone was very understanding. Also I had 2 suites and the couches were not very comfortable at all. Otherwise everything was good.

Everyone was very friendly, especially the group that handled the breakfast. The rooms felt spacious. The location was fantastic.
The property was a bit run down. Though clean, my room had many of the tiles damaged, they were pitted and had some chunks missing. The bathroom had a 2 inch chink missing right by the toilet. The hotel could use some renovations.

Breakfast was best part of the experience. Chris and his daughter were great hosts and the food was outstanding! Chris was extremely entertaining as well.
Housekeeping was less than expected.
