Broadway Plaza Hotel

Very clean and comfortable

The location is perfect if you're wanting to see the entire city! The Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was great for my family of 4, given it had two king beds.

We would've liked having double sinks in our deluxe/2 king bed room which typically might have 3-4 people stays. The walls separating the rooms allowed for any noise from our neighbors to come through... late/middle of the night. The doors of every room on the floor closes with a loud slam which will definitely wake you up early in the mornings - a dozen slammed doors every morning was very unpleasant - unless the cleaning staff and guests make sure to close softly behind them... which unfortunately no one seems to have the consideration to do!

Our room was on the corner of 2 streets and had an amazing large terrace with great views of empire state building, staff were very friendly and helpful also

Nothing

The concierge, Anthony was extraordinarily helpful when we had a sudden change of plans and our flight was cancelled. He went way out of his way to help and find us a room in a sister hotel.
