Location price and staff
No kettle just a tea maker which didn’t help when we only drink tea

Location was great, close to restaurants. Room was well sized, clean and comfortable.
Check-in was a bit of chaos, seemed a little understaffed, although the lady working at reception did a great job. Breakfast was ok, but they should consider moving the buffet location away from the entrance of the room so everything is less crowded. A second waffle machine would be a good idea too!

plenty of seating and hot food
there was no plug in the sink to allow a wash in the basin in our bathroom, and no means of filling the basin, quite weird. otherwise ok.

Central location, rooms clean, bed very comfortable, huge TV
Lifts were very slow, nightmare during check in and out times, I had a room on the 10th floor (out of 11) and the views were amazing, however no block out blinds in my room so hard to properly relax and wind down till well after 10 when the sun set….minor details but I prefer my rooms black when I want to sleep
