Amazing view of the Public Library and pretty close to anything that it’s needed

The rooms are not quite soundproofed. Nothing intolerable, but I was a bit unlucky with people talking loudly after 21h and kids crying (not their fault though)

The room has all you need! Great location in the heart of east village. Our kids loved the pool! The breakfast was really tasty.

The suite was actually one room but we thought it would have a wall.

I liked the location. Easy walk to everywhere. The full size fridge, cook top and dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker made me very happy. The room itself was great

The pull out couch I think was broken. My son slept on an angle all weekend. The food wasn’t the best.

The staff's kindness was absolutely superb. It wasn't just perfunctory kindness, but I could really relate. All the staff I encountered laughed and said hello. The view of downtown was amazing, stunning hotel.

If there's anything to be desired, there's a gap in the door, so there's from both light and sound in the hallway. We really wanted to sleep dark and deep, but the light leaking through the door held us back, and so did the noise.

Mexikanisch zum Frühstück war was Neues, aber sehr gut. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommend Crew.

Breakfast was to be made in haste due to rush and was to wait long for a second trip to grab something, even when it was a juice refill.

there is no free parking, either across the street in public paid parking or underground for $25/day which if i had known that, i probably wouldve chosen a different hotel. location is very confusing. there is temporary parking in front on a busy downtown street but only fits 3 cars at a time. the other temporary parking area was very hard to find and is up on a curb which is not easy for small, lower cars. it is also located in a back alley and has no signs to help you find it. being that the hotel is located downtown, i was not comfortable parking outside so i chose underground parking. the underground parking is almost invisible and i drove in 3 circles around the building before calling the hotel to ask for help finding it which was very confusing. once again, no signs to indicate where it is. we only found it because we seen another car come out of it and realized thats where it was. the underground parkade is also very tiny and impossible to turn around in so make sure you’re either very good at reversing your car in a tight area or have a back-up camera. the stalls themselves are 3 stalls between concrete pillars and VERY small, so if someone parks badly, theres no way youre fitting in a stall. i had to ask my passenger to get out and guide me because of how tough it is to park down there. it is also located in the same small back alley so if you pass it you have to find a place to turn around in a tight downtown area. not very convenient for those who dont know the city like myself. one of the front desk staff was also very confusing, monotoned, and could barely explain anything to us.
