location great close enough to the busy areas but far enough to not hear the noise room spacious, clean and quiet staff helpful and friendly

Breakfast is not great, very few options and if want to swop and change anything they charge you. Also the breakfast area dark in comparison to rest of hotel which is bright

Prime location, great staff, and excellent rooms for New York City standards.

One small detail worth noting: the primary photo on Booking.com shows a lovely rooftop terrace, but it is actually exclusive to specific rooms rather than a shared amenity. It didn’t impact our stay, but having clearer expectations would have been nice.

It was a beautiful hotel. The room was beautiful.

I’m not sure if this is a Booking.com issue or a hotel issue; but we booked a Deluxe King room “with city views” well because of the location of the hotel, there are no city views. The hotel staff was very sweet and offered to move us to a front facing room but still had no city views. So, just be aware when booking that you will not have city views. Save yourself the money on the deluxe king suite, it’s no different than the other King rooms. The 1st photo is the room description on Booking.com, the 2nd photo is the view from our room, the 3rd photo is the front facing view.

The room is very spacious and very tastefully decorated. Layout is also good. Looks exactly like the photo.

We booked a junior suite as we were staying in NYC for 5 nights. To my surprise, the room faces an internal void and has no natural light. The only light you see is the lights in the window opposite. Otherwise, it is completely dark outside and you cannot tell whether it is day or night from the window! The street on which the hotel is located is a bit dirty and grimy.
