The room and bathroom were a good size and immaculately clean. The cold breakfast, if not luxurious, was generous and well presented (cooked eggs were available as well). The location was perfect -- on a small, quiet street, but only 5 minute walk to the Metro.

Our room was clean and spacious. A mix of modern and vintage. An older property with plenty of charm, and a warm homey atmosphere. The breakfast each morning was over the top amazing as were the owners and staff. The shared dining, living and outdoor patio spaces were perfect spots to chat with other guests.
Because it’s an older property with plenty of quirks beware of the awkward placement of steps in bathroom and the back landing. Perhaps not the best set up for those with limited mobility.

Great breakfast! The host was very helpful with places to eat and visit.

I was super impressed with the decor, outdoor areas, but the showstopper was the breakfast spread. Wow. Also, the staff member we met was so kind, you could tell she really cared about the property and job. Didn’t catch her name but she was working Sunday morning. Also, the other guests were respectful, quiet, and kind.
Wish there were more bathrooms
