How come this property does not have any cameras? Someones car was stolen and there was no cameras to show anything.

The pool was really dirty as if no one had cleaned it for six months At 8:45 morning, the breakfast table was empty. No eggs, no bread, no fruit. There was no recharge

I stayed with my 7 year old daughter the pool was great and not too deep

Stayed at end near stairs very noisy with kids runnung up and down stairs late at night.

Location to the Canadian Tire Centre.

The vicinity to the Canada Tire Centre. We book this hotel each year to attend the Sens game. Each year seems to be getting worse for this location.

We were provided rooms 301 and 302 - they were totally different sizes yet the cost was the same. The rooms were dated and the carpet had a musty odour in both rooms. There were not hooks in the bathrooms. The coffee was absolutely horrific. The mini fridges in each room was broken. Tissues were not put in the room. Staff at front desk was not present when we checked in and checked out - we waited for them to attend their post. In addition, despite having asked the young lady at the front desk several times, my points were not added to my account. She assured me she could see the points being added however I just reviewed my account and the points are not there.
