Rooms were clean & up to date. Beach access was right across the street. Dining option were within walking distance. The grounds were beautiful & well kept with plenty of seating around the pool & balconies/patios.

The orientation of the buildings. They are situated such that only a limited amount of rooms have an ocean view.

Easy access to the beach. Room was quiet. Adequate parking. Towel sculptures were a fun touch. Easy to get in and out with car. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was too cold. A/C was set at 67F and would not allow us to move temp up to 72 or 74.

location across the street from the beach, availability of the pool, shuffleboard, corn hole, the covered balcony especially when it rained, performer singing in the afternoons, being at the start of the promenade

people smoking on their patios/balconies, needed another blanket for the beds, a little mold on shower tile grout

The location was wonderful, beach front but on the quite end of Beach ave. They have a nice pool and also a firepit for night time and shuffleboard. Friendly staff.

Last year our side facing room still had an ocean view. This year we were in a block of rooms that is set back and didn't really have much of a view except the pool.

The pool

The layout of the room is terrible for families, although they call it a family “suite”. There is no door on the bathroom, only the toilet. So you can’t make noise or brush your teeth with a kid sleeping in the bed right next to the area. Very noisy in the middle of the night, laundry cart was screeching across the parking lot. The air conditioning smelled very musty.

Our room had no kitchen items- cups, bowls, etc. just a microwave and fridge. A shelf above the microwave would be nice.

Unfortunately, some of the other guests playing their music on a speaker for EVERYONE to hear whether we wanted to or not. Unfortunately the hotel next door had a loud fan noise which influenced our outside stay

Location was fine. Beachside and also not too far from town center.

Room was not serviced at all. Absolutely no service/cleaning during time there. First full day was due to language/communication issues w/ cleaning staff and second was simply missed. Definitely not acceptable for over $1600 for 3 night stay. Very irritating and should get some type of partial refund.

The room was very clean. I loved the balcony which had views of the pool and ocean. The beach was right across the street with an opening straight thru to the sand. It was not blocked by a wall like the other hotels.

Housekeeping staff very nice and do excellent work.

Desk staff not into the hospitality business. No smiles, barely eye contact, and seemed to want to keep any conversation to an absolute minimum.
