The staff is very friendly, the location is perfect with it being walking distance away from the park. Providing shuttles to Disneyland is a great additional perk!
Some of the vending machines weren't functioning.

Love the distance to knotts berry farm, the lobby is really nice and the rooms are a good size, the rooms are clean. I like the touch mirror in the bathroom it had good light settings. The pool and jacuzzi were big.
The towels for the pool were small and thin, and the restaurant inside the hotel closed at 8:30pm even though the website said 10pm.
