Fabulous choice, close to great shops and easy working distance to the river and iconic buildings

Lovely and clean, with a great view from the 13th floor.

We were possibly a bit close to the lifts, and could hear them in the night.

Our stay at Park Hyatt was absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed every minute of it. Personel was very polite, helpfull and thoughtfull. The room was absolutely perfect. From towels, bedding, night lights, shades everything was thought of. The in room bar was amazing they had some pre-prepared bottled coctails to enojoy. This hotel is beyond 5 stars - it has much more. Attention to details and the smallest plesures that make the real difference between 5 star and real luxury. Perfection. Thank you Park Hyatt.

The city is not clean or safe.

Room was nice and view was great.

Noise level from street and constant noise from sirens through the night.

I was happy with the overall of my stay

The location of your hotel is the one of the only reason that I booked your hotel.

The price was a higher than expected. I was not happy with the cost of car garage parking

We were very happy with our stay and will be returning!

The staff was kind and helpful. The food was perfect.

The TV channel kept switching randomly while we were watching something. No late night in-hotel snack options which is bad for low blood sugar emergencies.

beautiful hotel, but…

location. lovely lounge. staff was very friendly. room and view were wonderful. awesome fitness center.

we were o my there for a short time and because of delays in fixing the hot tub, we didn’t get to use it for a full day. also, I didn’t realize when booking that the spa was closed. that was one of the main reasons we booked, and to not have it on-site was a disappointment.

Extraordinary.

The room was stylish and very comfortable. I unfortunately became ill during my stay. Not only did the hotel have a doctor on call, but a member of the staff kindly picked up the prescription that was called in to the local pharmacy. I will stay here every time I am in town - the service is phenomenal.

Great weekend spent at a great hotel!

The staff was excellent. I was greeted by name every time we meet with the staff. Excellent location! Awesome place to stay. We booked for December as well.

Breakfast at Nomi was wonderful. Our child really liked the pool and the fact that it lots of pool toys. Staff is exceptional. Very clean and comfortable room

Hot tub was closed but the great pool made up for it.

Dirty room, desperately in need of an upgrade.

The view and location were great. The staff and food, was impeccable.

The room itself was not clean. The bath tub had pubic hair in it. The shower and commode room doors, appeared as though, they had not been cleaned in a month. The mattress was so uncomfortable. The carpet was horribly stained. The rooms desperately need an upgrade. For the price per night, I'd rather stay at the Four Seasons.

The location is perfect for shopping or restaurant.

The facility is quite old. And the room is a little bit dark. The menu at hotel is very limited and in-room dining will be closed at 10pm.

Absolutely lovely.

Everything was wonderful! loved the view and the bathroom and the dining area! staff was excellent. Only improvements could have been more blankets (I know I could have called and asked)

Only improvements could have been more blankets (I know I could have called and asked) and a microwave. my partner stated he didn't love the eggs Benedict but I was very happy with the room service of cream and coffee in the morning (carafes of both).
