The location was great. 2 min to trolly stop. 5 min to main strip for all the shops. Balcony was so nice. I stayed in the Howard Carter room. Egypt theme. Clean, bed was great and shower hot hot water perfect. I had a small issue and the host was all over it a fixed it same day. Very impressed. I did not have any problems checking in with the codes that were provided. My room was second floor with stairs leading up to it. I will definitely stay here again. The big shared kitchen was perfect for me to cook in and lobby was beautiful.
Thay I had to check out😕

Clean, quiet, responsive, very comfortable place and close to downtown
14 steps up and down to get into property. The walk into the stairs were slippery because they needed to be pressure washed along with the front door. Parking is extremely tight. Popping noises when walking into the shower

It was perfect for my family. Close to old town. Cold AC . GREAT water pressure in shower.
Nothing was bad we had a great stay! Would definitely stay again!

The beds were comfortable and it was fairly reasonably located. The price was OK.
First of all, it was not a bed and breakfast. There was a bed, but you had to bring your own food and fix it yourself Figuring out the locks for the doors was an adventure. If you just shut the door when leaving, the door did not lock automatically. Eventually, I figured out that you had to press another button to lock the door and that required several attempts. The sugar and creamer basically solid from moisture. I'm not sure how we were supposed to get fresh towels. I saw the girl who was apparently the one to do that exactly twice during the entire visit. Would not stay here again.
