The location of this hotel is amazing. You are at a 3-5 min walking distance from most of places you want to visit when you are in St Augustine. The comfort and cleanness of the room are beyond any expectations.
It is a little bit tough to follow the early schedule for breakfast

Beautiful and quaint - fantastic location for walking to everything . Staff were very friendly and helpful . Took car to door to unload then given ticket for parking lot just 5 mins away.
Happy hour with free wine and juices and some food where met other guests for an hour and chatted. Again very helpful staff.
Tea/coffee and water/juice from fridge whenever wanted. Also homemade cookies available to help yourself.
Beautiful food but maybe trying too hard. Breakfast already pre set which I personally found too much.
Would have been happier with choice of something lighter but can’t fault quality or staff.

I pretty much liked everything. The staff was friendly and helpful, the accommodations were true to Victorian style and the food was delicious. One of the first check in questions was food likes, dislikes and food allergies. Happy hour was a social event to meet other guests and share their experiences. Maintenance was prompt, friendly and helpful. The location is outstanding and close to St. George Street.
The only negative is that the parking is several blocks away, but free. I found that walking with Waze was a poor choice, as it’s for driving and there are a lot of one way streets. Once I switched to Google walking map it was great walking around.

I like it to be more personal. 8 like a history of the house and a choice of breakfast.
