Loved the hotel and its vibe. A historical building that’s been nicely updated.
Fireplace on the balcony.
Noise of the freeway from our balcony/ patio. Wish they had a spa. Sketchy areas nearby, but the Pearl district is great!

The staff is amazing; you can tell that they love their job and the company. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. The location and surroundings are ideal; you don’t have to go far at all to find what you want.

Hotel is great! and Front desk & Room service & Restaurante Staff were all fantastic.
Wow, staff at the Bar were disrespectful and close to be racist ; we asked couple of times for reservation and said no need... however, when we show up did not give us a seat, and also ask me for proof of been in Hotel (I got to show my room key) ... anybody else did not show theirs. I guess do not value Mexican tourism.

This hotel lived up to its hype. The staff here is wonderful because their purpose is to make sure you are happy. The smell through out the hotel is something you will never forget. The food at the hotel and surrounding the hotel is superb!
