The location was great. There was a stream filled with salmon just next to the property. Not really walking distance to town but right on Exit glacier road. Bears greeted us when arriving and leaving. We loved the cozy couch, beds and antiques. The outside is surrounded by flowering plants and strawberries. I think that’s why the bears likes it. Terry our host was extremely friendly and very helpful. I would return again and recommend others try it.

Location was good, the unit was clean.
No bathroom sink, poor water pressure in the shower. Almost no place to have an open suitcase.

Great location at the beginning of road to Kenai NP. Comfy bed, bedding, towels, in room full kitchen and bathroom, well appointed with bathroom stuff. Just no coffee.

Nice small cosy studio with everything you need for a 1 or 2 person stay. It's a bit outside Seward, so you have some isolation and still are within minutes of restaurants/shops/city center and all kinds of outdoor activity hot-spots.

location was close to Seward - studio was very clean! We had privacy, parking, ability to cook and a full size fridge for groceries. All amenities were perfect for 2 persons. We loved the fire pit, and enjoyed the evening fires with our family. Terry was an excellent host, checked in several times. We would recommend Resurrection River Rentals!
We have no complaints, apartment was sufficient and met our needs for the week.

We were greeted warmly by the owner upon arrival and received lots of useful information. The house is very nicely furnished, clean and has everything you need for everyday use. The outdoor area is also very nice. Unfortunately, no bear or moose showed up there during our 3-day stay. 😉
You must walk through one bedroom to get in the 2nd bedroom. TV is only the first bedroom not in the living room

The house was better equipped than my home. Bedding and linens excellent. Only two of us but more than suitable to sleep four adults. We didn't cook while we were there but the Host has generously supplied everything you would need. Great television with lots of options for movies, etc. Great Alaskan-themed decor with a great supply of books on the subject. Great location - secluded cottage area minutes from town.
We were hoping to see a moose while at the cabin and were disappointed. However, on our last morning there we drove the 8 miles to Exit Glacier and saw a beautiful moose right by the road.

Location was about 5-10 minutes drive from everything you would need in Seward- grocery store, downtown, habor, food. Comfy for 2 pax. Had all the plates, bowls, silverware you may need
The place wasn’t used since last season as we were the first customers of the season. There were spiders in the restroom and dead bugs on the windowsill

The cost was reasonable to the accomodations. The location was very convenient to town. the studio appartment was cozy with most everything we would need.
The view and setting was a bit cluttered and messy. A queen bed for 2 would be an improvement.

It was a studio so everything was in the same room (bed, dinning and kitchen, etc) There was enough supplies to cook your own meal. We made seasoned white fish fillet. The place was very close to the harbor only five minutes driving. On the first night we didn't notice the heating unit was there. It looked like an old box. We had a pretty cold room and didn't sleep well. So make sure you turn the heat on even in August.
The bed made squeaky sound every time we turned our bodies. The air circulation was not good enough, make sure you open the door when you cook otherwise the smoke will trigger the smoke detector.

Private cabin in the woods, no close neighbors. Updated bathroom, Ebert we needed for some cooking was provided, including grill. Comfy living room. Right outside Seward and a block off the road to Exit Glacier!

This apartment was really amazing - north of town and near a lot of the activities we were hoping to do while we were here. Terry was very accommodating and a great host. Went out of his way to make us feel welcome!

Beautiful location, great setting, comfortable and rustic. Barbecue grill was great.
Not enough toilet paper provided for 4 people and 2 days. Would’ve been nice to know that you had to walk through someone’s bedroom in the loft to get to the bathroom in the night. And the bathroom was on a different level than the bedrooms

Property had a full kitchen and owner stocked refrigerator with basics like eggs and all condiments. Also had a grill outside. Given limited dining options in Seward this year, it was great to have.
Bathroom was on first floor while beds were on second. Not a deal breaker.

Clean, comfortable, lots of extras like coffee, creamer, toiletries, fresh fruit. Location was great and the host was very communicative. We wish we had stayed longer there!
