The warm welcome, old school charm and the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Add in the beautiful furnishings and you have the perfect b&b. Cannot recommend it highly enough

Very hard to fault

The Old Manor House was exceptional and staying there was a highlight of our trip. The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful. Our breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed eating in such a lovely dinning room. Jane, William and Nick were fabulous hosts. We would love to return

Not one thing!

Jane and William were beyond the best hosts you could expect. Their place exceeded our expectations and we were treated like kings! Beautiful rooms, tennis court, delicious breakfast, felt like a better home away from home!

Delightful old country house at the upper end of the Cotswold. Quiet village with easy access to the A40 and travel to the towns and villages of Oxfordshire, Gloustershire and Warwickshire. A house with history and a very comfortable bed. Our hosts were very welcoming and relaxed, could not have done more to make our stay more memorable. Great pub close by, serving some good ales and food.

It was a lovely stay, Jane and William were very nice people giving suggestion about the places to visit and had good conversation with them.
