A very beautiful setting, comfortable room, great breakfast, and the personnel was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to the Highlands!

The bar and restaurant staff were amazing (Mike was a top guy).
The food was exceptional. The best dinner we had in Scotland by a country mile! Anything else negative about the room was insignificant.
The rooms were a little dated and tired. Shower head didn't work so had to remove head to get any sort of water to flow.

Comfortable and clean. Amazing food! Hard working owners who run a tight ship. Breakfast and packed lunches thought through and tasty.

Tired decor. Not the cleanest. Underside of the toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned. Yes I should have said something and I’m sure they would have put it right but we were tired after a long day and didn’t want to be disturbed. We do feel it was overpriced compared to other hotels we’d stayed in on NC500.
