Excellent location in the middle of old town. Great value for money.
Everything needed was provided: towels, glasses, cooking pots.
Sofa bed a bit uncomfortable. Leaking water in the toilet what made terrible sound during the night.

Good location and pretty spacious for 3 persons.
There was a weird smell in the room that was present at all times even after opening all the windows.

Check-in was very smooth as Lucienne gave very clear instructions and welcome information. The apartment is just as depicted in the picture, and everything is very comfortable and to our liking. And the location is definitely perfect and very quiet :)

Light, modern, open feeling in an excellent location right near the beach, restaurants, bars and old town but super quiet. Highly recommended and would definitely use again. Comes well equipped including a washing machine which was unexpected and a beach umbrella which was needed!
Had a slight issue with AC which was not resolved at the time and communication was not great, although it worked it was noisy, which was the only issue. If you have any mobility issues you may struggle with stairs to mezzanine bed, but most people will be completely fine.

Lovely apartment with good facilities. Host was responses to messages ad questions
The main drawback is the stairs but we were aware of this on booking. Couldn't get the TV to work and the WiFi stopped working in the last 24 hours

It is a very nice Appartement in the heart of Nice old town. You are in 3 minutes at the sea an en enjoy your morning coffee, or in 2 minutes at the flower market or you can stand in nearly one minute in the narrow streets and take a walk.
The bed was comfortable, nice bathroom, the kitchen has everything you need an the owner Lucienne is very sympathetic and extraordinary helpful. Very quick with answers over the app.
All in all I had a beautiful stay and would like to come back!

The house is really cute, really in the middle of the oldtown so perfect for who like us has just 1 or 2 days and wants to have a relaxed stroll to the city.
Also the house was decorated with great taste and felt like a cozy home even if we just stayed for 2 nights.
So totally recommend it!

It was very nice and comfortable the only issue was that there were some issues with the pipes and there was a weird smell..

It is close to the beach and it is located in the city center. It was very clean.
It is in the fourth floor without lift.
The stairs to climb up to the bed are steep and I don’t recommend it for old people. You cannot stand up and I hit my head many times. It is good only for a short stay.
There is a small noise (I don’t know if it was from the air conditioning or some device) every 2 minutes. It can be annoying when you are trying to sleep.

Situated in the old city and very easy to access the beach.
Room was clean and comfortable equipped with bathtub, kitchen, laundry machine, etc.
Good WiFi connection, Netflix is available.
Coffee machine with about 10 capsules available.
Float, beach parasol and chair are available for free.
Located in the top of the building without lift, which equals to the height of 7 - 8 floors.
No kitchen knife in the kitchen and no dish washer.
Sometimes a bit noisy outside the room especially in the midnight.

Studio was very clean and had everything you need.
