Great location, just 10 mins from Central Station and easy access to the attractions we wanted to visit.
Room was really good, very clean and breakfast was a good selection. Staff were so lovely and helpful.
Not really a complaint but unfortunately did not get the quiet room I requested.

The staff was super helpful and friendly here. We really enjoyed the provided snacks and drinks! Such a fun perk. Breakfast was delicious too and had plenty of variety. It was nice to have a place to sit in the lobby and eat when we had bought sandwiches at a place nearby without seating. The shower was great too. The TV in the room had fun channels, the location of this hotel was great, and I really loved the toiletries provided. We appreciated being able to store our bags during the daytime.
The bed was too soft for us. The lighting was confusing. Room was exceptionally small for the price (I would guess this is common for Amsterdam).

The staff were wonderful. They have a complimentary mini bar in the libby for you to take to your room, including bottles of wine am snacks.
The bed and pillow was very comfortable.
My bath towel had a hole in it. The room and bathroom were very small.
To enter the hotel, you had to go down about 10 stairs with your luggage.
