The location is very good, the breakfast with diverse foods
We were 3 persons and not always the were provided with towels for all of us, but when we called an asked the missing towels were sent

Hotel is a short walk, few minutes, from Central Train Station. Good sized room, lighting and bathroom were very modern. Huge bed and extremely comfortable. Restaurant was very nice and the breakfast was exceptional, really good selection of food. Hotel has its own gallery and nice pieces throughout the main area. Staff were very nice and helpful, concierge available for any bookings that you need to make. Liked the location, would recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful
The room was disappointing , not enough hanging space for either clothes or wet towels and swim gear.
The room was cold the AC did not work very well.
There was no bath. The shower was very slippery, dangerous for children.
We had a rusty kettle but they did replace it when I complained. Would rather not have had to but water was brown.
We had no natural light and the lights were hard to control.
The art work is not suitable for children.
The pool is hard to get to - through the restaurant.
