Breakfast was fantastic loads to choose from.
Rooms were nicely decorated and clean with good room facilities.
Complimentary cookies at check-in. staff were very professional and welcoming.
Complimentary drink at the rooftop bar LuminAir
Location was perfect for us as we arrived by Ferry and the drop-off and pick-up point was a 5min walk.
Not really a dislike but if the room had been a little bigger and lighter in colour, it would be perfect.
It was raining a lot so that might have made the room feel darker.

Beautiful room and functional room layout. Warm and cosy, lovely view and beautiful soft sheer curtains. Lots of surfaces to set down belongings on. Good soundproofing, did not hear any other guests during 6 night stay. Crabtree and Evelyn bath products smelled nice and made hair silky. Very convenient location, slightly removed from the busy areas. It was extremely convenient having an AH supermarket and Lot61 coffee right downstairs.
Slightly confusing at first navigating to the hotel as we used the north exit of Amsterdam Centraal (later found IJPassage which connects North and South exits without needing to go through ticket barriers).

Room was stuffy and hot. Had to ask a couple of times to try to have it corrected

Was not very clean, cob webs, dirty windows, pubic hair still in bathroom
