Towels are extra charge. Even sugar packets and creamer is extra charge! They nickel and dime quite a bit, which is surprising given their high rates. Also room was not cleaned properly- garbage including used condoms still in the garbage can. Took them a couple hours to give us a clean garbage can.

I like having the flexibility that an apartment offers. You can spread out. Wash clothes and you can eat in or prepare your meals. Given the expense of food in Amsterdam this is very helpful.
Everywhere we wanted to visit seemed a long way from the apartment . We walked a lot. Communal facilities were limited

Good Location
Lots of spots on the carpets, There was coffee maker and kettle but you had to get your own coffee and tea.
