The bed and bedding were luxurious and comfortable.
Fridge was so loud we had to have it turned off.

Everything you needed in a great location for exploring Amsterdam.
A few small maintenance issues that are hard for cleaning staff to detect if not reported by guests e.g. creaky bed, kettle faulty. visible patching on walls in bathroom detracts from the 5 star experience. Front of House team members although friendly don’t all speak Dutch, but that seemed to be common within hospitality in Amsterdam.

Location
Rooms were not at all like the photos. I booked premium rooms with views for my daughters. They had to change 3 times and still it wasn’t like the photo! Booking was all messed up as well I had ordered and paid for a surprise bottle of champagne in her room which they told her about as she walked in and that she had to pay it as well as breakfast which I had also already paid. We had to call and complain several times. Not the best.

"Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione ma nonostante questo la zona è tranquilla. Da qui la città si può girare a piedi, si è proprio a due passi da piazza Dam. Lo staff è attento, gentile e sempre so..."
