The location is perfect: just steps from the Zattere, which is very beautiful. The area is quiet but close to the Accademia, Salute etc and vaporetto stops. You can walk over the Accademia bridge as well.
Pietro is very nice and responsive and eager to provide tips and assistance if needed.
It is a little musty and damp but that’s to be expected from an old property on the ground floor in Venice. And it could do with a bath mat and a tea towel. But these are minor quibbles. It is also quite compact but it was absolutely fine for me and my grownup daughter.

Le studio est remarquablement situé, très bien équipé, calme et propre.
La disposition du lit : situé dans une mezzanine, il est accessible par un escalier en bois plutôt raide. Pas de place autour. C’est spécial et cela ne nous a pas plu.

The place was easy to find , just needed to type in the address given by Pietro, it was very close to several vaporetto stations of different lines which made a good base exploring Venice, took only about 20 minutes to walk to San Marco. Wonderful restaurants and galleries close by. The studio was on the ground floor at the end of an alley, although without a view, it had a high ceiling and was spacious, quiet and safe. The lighting was very good in the studio allowing me to read in many areas. Pietro was very helpful and responsive towards my check-in and check out requests and kindly asked his father to step in and help when he was away, much appreciated.
