The plus points of this property are: - Hot water is available all the time - The room had a balcony - The breakfast was delicious and felt like home -The property had a maintained garden where we could spend some time outdoor -Location, Botanical garden and A2B are within walkable distance from here

Location is good. Near auto stand as well as good restaurants.

Not as per expectations and not worth money. Rooms are not as per photos showing.

Comfortable beds and good lighting. Staffs are polite and friendly. Safe place to stay.

Kettle was not working. Bathroom was not clean. No proper hygiene as expected.

Location is good as the property is right beside many amenities in Ooty town and friendly staff.

The hotel is not maintained well, Room is not clean, the mattress is too old, painting is peeling off from the walls, bathroom is very dirty and not even close, bathroom contains remains of bad plumbing work, My room had glass front door with no privacy as well as not even close to any means of sound proof. it is a local hotel charging very hight.

It was an amazing stay with a beautiful view

Location

Rooms were not good, ceilings and walls had seepage, no outside view so never felt that i was in Ooty, towels were wet, no room boy available, caretaker was only there to collect balance money. No direction board which made me to walk to different fab facilities. Over all not good experience.
