In summary we’ve had a marvelous holiday. Our Apartment was nice and comfortable overall with lovely sea views from our balcony. The owner who lives in Paris was always very helpful and courteous towards us. In summary a very good holiday

The apartment is very spacious and clean with all the amenities you could ask for. We briefly met the owners during our stay, they were very welcoming and friendly. The complex was great with a very clean pool. The pool bar serves fantastic food all day and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this apartment for families/couples and wouldn’t hesitate to book it ourselves again.

A well located apartment provided by a careful owner who makes sure his guest have all they need. Small issue with was dealt with quickly by the local contact. Main bedroom nice and cool with air conditioning, 2nd bedroom has no natural light and can get very hot but our 2 teenagers managed. We've been coming for many years to this complex and will be back again.

A minor criticism is that the wifi has a limited coverage and does not extend to upstairs to the bedroom areas. However I believe the owner is well aware of this issue and plans to rectify in the future. To summarise I would highly recommend this apartment for facilities, location and location.

Just returned from a great 2 week stay at Paloma Beach. Lovely apartment - everything you need - one small point however is that bedroom 2 would really benefit from aircon as provided in bedroom 1 as really warm and uncomfortable at all times. Great contact with owner and a few minor issues dealt with immediately. Local rep very efficient - easy handover of keys, deposit etc. Would definitely return!

The apartment is well equipped, large fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, modern hob and oven etc. Large TV with UK channels and others. Free Wifi was good in apartment and by the pool. Being on the top floor both bedrooms have sloping ceiling on one side, so mind your head. The bed was reasonably comfortable but the fitted sheets were too small for the mattress so ended up in the middle of the bed by morning. The plastic on the 'mattress protector' made for a noisy exit or when shifting in the night waking the other sleeper The pillows were hard foam which we found uncomfortable. There were some useful incidental items, a shopping trolley for going to the Super Market for those 'self catering', also shopping bags, sun beds/parasol/towels to take to the pool. Going in January, 10th - 31st, the balcony doesn't get a lot of sun but was improving when we left and I would think further into the year would be Ok. We quite often had our breakfast outside in the alcove near the front door which was bathed in sunshine. We have been to Paloma Beach in the Summer when large areas near the pool were bathed in sunshine but in January were not. When we were there the apartment lounge area was quite cold at night. Contact and responses from Jean Pierre were excellent. We now only go to Tenerife in January and that is the only reason I didn't rebook but I would certainly recommend the apartment. Thank you Pierre for a lovely holiday.

We did have a nice time however there was cockroaches regularly around kitchen and bedroom and bathroom.despite us keeping place constantly sprayed using spray .the landlord contacted and informed us this is a problem in the area The bedrooms are so hot upstairs fans provided however Air contioning needed . Advised to open windows however I thought there be more roaches coming in The landlord returned messages promptly he stated he would look into roach problem and consider air conditioning 2018

Great apartment

This is the second time staying in the apartment. Some noticeable changes with new TV and couches. Apartment has very good facilities and in a good location, near to local bars and supermarket. It is a nice stroll to beach restaurants and Cristianos town. Balcony is fabulous as it gets sun all day. Minor issues were sorted promptly by the owner. Would highly recommend the apartment and will certainly stay in this apartment again when we return to Los Cristianos

This is a very nice apartment in a clean, secure and friendly complex. Check in was easy after our instructions and we were shown around the apartment then handed over our deposit. The apartment is well equipped, good size lounge, good kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave and coffee filter machine. The lounge is large with a big HD TV with free view with a large selection of UK and European TV channels, there also two large sofas and dinning table. Balcony is larger than normal and this a penthouse apartment so you always get the sun, and there is a large sun lounger, and several fold away ones available. Upstairs has good sized bathroom, with a largish bath and shower. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. Bedrooms have slopping ceilings so if your tall watch your head! Rooms can be a bit warm, but there are large rotating fans supplied if you need some cool air. There is also a built in safe in one of the bedrooms. Towels were also supplied. Area is on the edge of Los Cristianos so its nice and quiet, lots of restaurants nearby and good supermarket 5 mins walk away. We had great holiday in the apartment and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Fantastic apartment, with everything you could need for a self catering holiday. Good location, las vistas beach can be walked to along the sea front in about 25 mins and there are many bars and restaurants in the vicinity and a good sized Super Dino supermarket just down the road. The apartment is spacious, cool and quiet. Communication with Jean Pierre was clear and quick making the booking process very easy. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The complex itself is quiet and well run. The apartment is comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean and contains everything you would need for your stay. Bedrooms are a bit quirky, and you need to mind your head, but we soon got used to them. Lovely balcony which got lots of sun. Check in and check out was hassle-free. A minor quibble was that there was only one set of keys. We were 2 couples so a 2nd set would have been useful. Not a major problem though and we would certainly return.

Initially the apartment seemed fine, there is no mention when booking of the fact that the apartment is not managed by the Paloma Team . previous guests have given very good reviews some must be blind !!! or easily pleased. A washing machine is provide so all laundry is carried out by the occupiers my wife didnt mind this. Day 4 Friday the hot water boiler broke down so no hot water for showers etc in the 1st floor bathroom we were without running hot water for 4 days, had to fill the bath from the downstairs kitchen boiler. A new boiler was fitted on Monday 19/01/17 this was not of a sufficient capacity for more than one shower, Tuesday 20/01/17 a further larger boiler fitted this was sufficient. The owner also owns the adjacent property in which there was also a problem with there water supply this involved a considerable amount of noise and again disruption to our water supplies, in all the disruption lasted for 6 days. believe it or not we actually enjoyed the holiday sunshine in January just what the doctor ordered . As a gesture the owner compensated us with 150 euro for the disruption !!! we will not be returning !!!!

Property was great , very spacious with lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Everything available. sunbeds you can take to the pool but must take them.back to apartment.Hairdryer plenty bedding. 2 complaint . Our flight was delayed and I did have difficulty contacting the representative. we arrived at Paloma and we were left waiting a very long time for representative to arrive with keys was ringing and ringing but no reply which was very unnerving , she did eventually arrive and was very apologetic and all was forgotton quickly and it would not stop me booking the apartment again , but at the time it was worrying. Also.we were a family of 5 and the fifth bed was an airbed which was broken. Luckily fot us other family members were in.the same complex.so my son.had a spare bed with them . Again I could not get hold of the representative regarding this issue but have informed the owner and did tell another representative who collected the keys on our leaving so hopefully a new air bed will be available now for future guests. As I said despite these hiccups the apartment is lovely and complex great and I would reccomend to all.

Lovely airy and very clean apartment. Kitchen space on the small side but has good cooking facilities, utensils etc., if you decide to eat in on a night or two. Lovely sunny balcony which overlooks the pool, which has a good size patio table, chairs and two sunbeds. Wifi works well downstairs. Washing machine a big plus too. On the whole complex is lovely. It is very near to supermarket. This location is great as it is not far from restaurants near the beach. Some local bars and restaurants beside the apartment if you don't want to venture too far. Loved it and have rebooked for next year

Myself, my wife and 3 kids spent 10 days at the apartment. The apartment was great. It had everything you need and it was nice that the bedroom were upstairs. The complex is really clean and well maintained. The kids absolutely loved the pool because it was big and it was heated. The location is great. There's shops, restaurants close by and within 10 minutes walk you are in a busy part of the strip. I loved all the information Jean Pierre provided for the apartment when we arrived. I'd higly recommend the apartment and location and I'd definitely stay there again.
