Location.

1. Could not find parking entrance at the quayside. 2. Room had two critical problems requiring an engineer call-out. Over-flowing toilet. No power sockets functioning. We were eventually moved to a different room. 3. Waiter staff in restaurant for dinner service not knowledgable about the food. E.g I ordered the cheese platter with Gorgonzola. But it was missing. The waiter tried to convince me that the goats cheese is the Gorgonzola!

Cannot appraise this place enough. It ticks everything on our list. The rooms, or actually cabins, are super comfortable. The level of cleanliness is spot on and there is not an inch of wear and tear. Comfortable beds, fluffy pillows. We slept like babies! Firiendly service and the breakfast had everything we could wish for. Even if the buffet was a bit limited it had all items you can expect. Eggs to order and mimosa are my precious! We will be back for sure.

I liked the style of the hotel. It was an interesting experience to stay in a ship as a hotel.

they have no wifi! there is a wifi which requires you to take each separately device to the reception and after all that effort the wifi doesn’t work! the check out is at 10:30!

Staying on the boat was such a fun weekend! The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The bar was fabulous and they make a great G&T! The location is perfect for exploring the city.

It was a bit odd that they didn't just give you the WiFi code rather than setting it up for us on our phones. It wasn't a big deal because we did have WiFi, just odd.

Staffs are friendly and helpful.Rooms were so comfortable and clean with amazing views .I recommend to everyone this place at least for one night.

the heating/AC system made a very loud noise every time it turned on and woke my husband and I up throughout the night. the WiFi system was not working with iPhones so we did not have WiFi during our stay

The view was fantastic, crew was nice, and facilities was perfect

For the second time there and again very pleased with the place and service. A room on the river side gave us the wide view across the Rhine and a part of the modern skyline. It is comfortable, modern and has a luxurious atmosphere. We also appreciated the friendly and courteous service.

All was high standard.
