How close it was to the beach and the view from the balcony. How it has an access code to be able to go to the beach and pool. The rooms were spacious too.
The room that my family and I stayed in had small roaches in the kitchen that would come out at night. On the floor or on top of the counter. We noticed it the first night we stayed.

It is in front of the beach and a good location
It was under maintenance instead to be ready for the guest. The staff did not review this big detail, when I arrived to the property with my family I noticed immediately all the tools everywhere and the main room was a disaster: tools, paint trash, paint fresh, things over the bed, paint smells.. we were exposed. Ok, they gave me another room immediately but is not the way, we arrived late in the night and we were tired specially the kids. Also, to add an extra night was a nightmare; first, the way to do that is not clear neither for them, second, when the modification was ready they didn’t know even when they sent an email confirming the new check out date and they were trying to pushing me out in the original date and I needed to spent time to clarify it with booking and the property to avoid penalties. By the way, I paid that night 12/23 as normal, original price. Finally, they declined to extend the check out despite all the mess from the beginning; I just wanted to have a time to wake up the kids; but they didn’t accept neither as “apologies” for all the inconvenience, much less as compensation.
Note: Good cleaning overall, but specially the toilets need a deep cleaning also in the outside.

The Location and convenience were the key. The units were very nice and clean. Access was easy to the beach and amenities was great.
For one of the rooms, we were given the wrong key code (one digit off).

TV didn’t work (came for the beach anyway), some of the outlets didn’t work, balcony light didn’t work.

Very nice condo with a great view right in the beach
Had trouble with the codes several times for the door but it was taken care of immediately each time this is why it was only 9 stars instead of 10

The fire alarm went off if you so much as boiled an egg. The internet was so glitchy it didn't bear trying to use it after a while, even the TV was a chore to use. There were dark stains on the bedroom floor and the shower. The living room sofas were dirty and the fabric was torn.

the location on the beach was excllent.
Service was nonexistent. The first day our toilet broke. Never had anyone show up to fix it despite repeated requests. All I ever received back was an SMS text saying they would pass on my problem. It wasn't ever fixed. We didn't have enough linens and requested more and they asked how many did we receive. We had 4 people with 3 washclothes.

Parking permit was very worn out I'm a disabled Veteran parked on disabled spot the whole time was there from Tuesday thur Thursday but early that morning our vehicle was towed because parking permit fell between our sun visor security should have seen our vehicle parked on the same spot on our whole trip they need to write out type vehicle and license plate to prevent vehicle being towed $273 for no reason

Great location And easy access to the beach
The stove needs some upgrading. The heating elements were all crooked. Other than that it’s great.

I like that there was available parking for my vehicle, and I had easy E-mail instructions on getting in my room , room was spacious and clean, and the best part was the view of the ocean from the room.
the traffic at times was bad , and the weather was very hot , but other than that it was a great vacation experience.

Great access to beachfront.
Left side of stove didn't work. The nerve of a couple having sex in the hot tub. Disgusting! Luckily we were able to use it before they did.

The room was so comfortable, spacious and clean. The balcony view was beautiful and the facility was quiet and everyone we interacted with was friendly.
The garbage disposal wasn’t working so it made washing dishes a bit more difficult but that was a minor inconvenience.

The view was amazing. The unit was large enough for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped.
The decorations were not very updated. There wasn't very much water pressure in the kitchen.

Sofa bed is old and unusable. Kids had to sleep on the sofa. Some of the furniture is pretty old and close to breaking. The electric stove top is pretty old and smoke alarm used to go off when ever we tried to cook some thing. Need some upgrading.

I liked the location of #107. easy access into the condo direct access to the beach and pool. The condo was everything the pictures showed which was perfect.

The location!! The amazing view from every room and the balcony of course! How comfortable and very clean the apartment was.
South Padre Beach patrol don't let you set up canopies and not even sit down with your chairs at the beach before 9am!! That's not reasonable...9am is late when you want to enjoy the beach early in the morning. They seem to change rules every other day...one early morning I was able to sit on my chair and drink my coffee right by the ocean water but the next day, we had to wait behind the trash can line division until 9am😤.
The Wi-Fi/internet just don't work. They did come to fix the Wi-Fi though. A very nice and polite Vacasa representative was there to escort and stay with the internet and cable company so we could spend our day at the beach. They fixed the problem but it only lasted less than 2 hrs. Good thing we don't watch much TV when we're at the beach, but it would be nice if you want to watch a movie at night or something. Just make sure you have unlimited internet data on your cell phones, laptop, etc., otherwise you won't be able to access the internet.
