Si tratta di un ampio condominio con quattro camere da letto e quattro bagni e mezzo con servizi eccezionali ed è l'ambiente perfetto per le vostre prossime vacanze al mare. I posti comodi per sedersi riempiono l'ampia zona giorno e si ha accesso a un grande televisore a schermo piatto, un lettore DVD e un impianto stereo. L'enorme cucina gourmet e il bar per la colazione di grandi dimensioni sono il luogo perfetto per riunire tutta la famiglia e gli amici. "la cucina è molto ben attrezzata"
C'è un grande tavolo formale che offre molti posti a sedere per famiglie numerose. Un mobile bar incorporato ha un lavandino, fabbricatore di ghiaccio e un sacco di bicchieri sugli scaffali. Pranzare sul balcone piastrellato, che ha un tavolo con sei sedie, ti consente di goderti i pasti mentre guardi l'azione sulla spiaggia e sull'acqua.

The unit was as spacious and as beautiful as the pictures. Will definitely choose this unit again.

Nice unit and property. Only issue was the vacuum would not pick up much to clean the floor. We had a great time and would stay again.

We felt that the carpet could use a good cleaning otherwise we were very happy with the unit.

The place was a mess when we checked in. The carpets were filthy, screens were all ripped, chairs around the table and bar were beat up. The so-called "smart" tv was unbearable and there was no remote for the dvd player. The only good thing was the management company was very responsive. They had the carpet cleaned. This should have been done before we arrived. The residual chemicals affected 5 of us.

The cleaning people forgot to vacuum the carpet in the LR, because we found dry cereal pieces in floor and on couch. Disappointing, but not devastating. The pots and pans are in need of replacement. The place was perfect for our 3 families ! The lazy River and pool areas were fantastic! The ice machine being out of service was a bummer. We loved all the seating on the balcony. All 3 families bought their own blankets because there were only decorative comforters. There was a faint hint of smokers residue throughout the condo but we quickly got used to it. We would recommend and definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and made some great memories. We always enjoy the lazy River. The ice machine was broken and no ice in refrigerator, but wasn’t a big problem. There was several stains on the carpets in the living room. It was still a beautiful condo with great views. The TV lost its color and was fixing to go out, but management brought in a new one the next day. Overall we had a great time!!

Location and facilities were wonderful! We had a great ocean view from our balcony. The kitchen was spacious and nicely equipped.

Other than check-in, everything was great! Loved the easy access to the beach, the pool and the lazy river!! Rooms and view beautiful!!
So many people checking in at the same time is crazy! Maybe stagger check-in times to make it easier.

I have been renting at Orange Beach for at least 10 years & have mostly stayed at Phoenix West or Ph
This was the most I have ever paid for. Rental & the worst ever. It smelled like sewage & had was not clean & was overall just run down with lots of broken furniture. We got there on Saturday & it was Tuesday before we got someone there to start addressing the problems. The guy they sent was very nice & did his best to fix some of the problems. We will never stay at the Phoenix West again.

We have stayed here before but different condo. Great view of the ocean and easy check in. This one had some repair needed, broken screen, holes in a door, etc. and was little bare for bare necessities in the kitchen. Could hear people upstairs every night. Main complaint was their inability to let us purchase a 4th parking space even though we had 4 families coming in. So we had to pay big time to store a car. Then on the last night we were there they allowed us to pay full price for another parking pass so we wouldn't have t take my son to get his car at 3am. I also got no parking pass warning on my car one day, even though the ass was on my dash.

Perfect fit for our family. A couple of things were already broken when we arrived. I sent a message about a plumbing noise in the master bathroom water closet toilet but I never got a response. It made it very hard to sleep with that high pitch noise. We were disappointed to see the portable ice maker was taped up and not usable. Kitchen was perfect. Huge pantry!
Kids room bed slat was broken and taped up by someone before us making it uncomfortable for the teenager to sleep in a bed with a slump. All of these things are normal wear and tear that need to be repaired. Dining room arm chair missing one arm. The living room Vizio tv remote was no where in site making it hard to navigate the system important during the stormy days. Only the Dish cable remote was there. Walls of windows! Good Deck furniture.
Only 1 hot tub was available downstairs. The other one was closed for maintenance all week. Kids filled the only other one available for use. Ugh!!
This building is not as New as some of the other Phoenix buildings. Hence the popcorn ceiling. Having said all this, I WOULD definitely reserve this unit again.

Our stay was pleasant; however, there is a good bit of deferred maintenance in the condo. The unit had several doors with small holes in them, some of the lights did not work, the carpet needs to be replaced and it is stained badly, knobs in the kitchen were missing, the dinning table is worn and one of the chairs was broken.
The beds were very comfortable and the view was great. I would stay at this home again but would want to be certain that the deferred maintenance was taken care of considering the amount of money that is paid to rent this home.

Our stay was pleasant; however, there is a good bit of deferred maintenance in the condo. The property was very spacious and clean! The balcony is huge. We all enjoyed the indoor pool on cooler mornings! The outdoor pools, lazy river and slide are fun for all ages! Super close, easy beach access made the trip enjoyable too!!! We will be back!
