The staff were so helpful and accommodating, offering tips and sending us on our last day with a beautiful breakfast box to go for our morning journey to Ninh Binh. The welcome was exceptional, rooms very clean with all amenities. We were right near Train Street and many restaurant options.

This hotel is a hidden gem for sure - staff and service is exceptional , rooms are clean , they have every amenity possible and I have slept superbly due to the “comfort factor”. The spa is great too and the breakfast was excellent catering to all tastes. Location for walking out is very good - train street a five minute walk and other sights in Old Quarter are easily walkable. Strongly recommend.

Lovely hotel had a great stay! The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very friendly. The roof top bar is worth a visit! Bed was really comfy and the room was very clean and well decorated !
