Chalet was so well equipped, from plenty of tissue boxes, firewood, even crab crackers, oil salt, pepper and sugar. Water pressure was great, plenty of hot water for showers. All this in a beautiful setting of ocean front and in the back breathtaking mountains with the foliage changing. Bonus the restaurant, very good food, was just steps away. There was a grocery store, shops and laundry a few minute drive down the road. We will be back in the summer highly recommend.

The location was great and the children loved the rainbow coloured houses. It was directly across the street from the beach. We enjoyed two nights and checked out some of the local attractions in the area including the Exploramer Museum, boat excursions, and the agate mine. There is a large grocery store (Metro) and laundromats nearby. The kitchen was well stocked and we prepared our meals ‘at home’. There is a restaurant and ice cream shop on the property but they were closed the dates (Mon/Tues) we were there.

It did not bother us a great deal, but the road noise might be a problem for light sleepers.

Great location

Chalets Valmont are very beautiful. The location is wonderful, the place is clean and comfortable. The spectacular view, the good restaurant and many outdoor activities made our stay unforgettable. My children loved the place. I will come back for sure :).
