Excellent location . Amazing host . Lovely place

Location, owner so friendly and helpful, clean, space.

The apartment was dirty and a mouse popped up from under the couch. The host came and killed it but we found mouse droppings in the main bedroom the next day. In addition to this, there is a lift in the building but it does not take you to the third floor where this apartment is. With three kids and pushchair I would have never booked this if it was clearly indicated that the lift doesn’t reach the floor where your flat is. The lift reaches the second floor then you must come down some stairs then up again an entire flight of stairs to reach. So there is indeed a lift in the building but it is useless to you on the third floor. Lastly, images of flat on website don’t match the actual flat, there are a few that do but the two stories flat is not what we got. For the price this is not acceptable. I don’t recommend this place.

The living room was very good. The location was excellent.

the second bedroom was quite small.

the property was located in a good place opposite to the park & the bus stop where we took the big bus for sightseeing. the warm interiors were so pleasant to stay. we were quite comfortable.

Our kind host met us and made sure we were comfortable. Told us about a few items which the 'locals' use/know about. We were there over the Christmas holidays and had a magical time!

Nothing, we enjoyed everything. The couch in the living room is a bit uncomfortable, but we managed. We had to lug our overpacked suitcases up a couple of flights of stairs, but this wasn't a surprise to us.

Location was perfect and host went above and beyond to make us comfortable. My family loved the place and will definitely be going back

London weather was extremely cold

I liked the way the flat was divided, the separation between the rooms, felt nice and private. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped . They helped us with our luggage up the stairs, which was great, because there were a lot of stairs to climb. However, they were not that keen on helping with it on the way down when we checked out. The second room we received (for the last two nights) was absolutely amazing and met all our expectations and beyond. However , it wasn't worth what we had to go through to get it.

The hostess was terrible! There are no words to describe her bad, condescending and cruel attitude. When we arrived at the premises, the first thing she had to tell me after taking one glance at our luggage and pushchairs, was that our reserved apartment was on the last floor, yet that the lift only got to the 2nd floor. She couldn't care less about the fact that we were traveling with babies, strollers, and most importantly an old (not so healthy) lady. We were traveling with a baby, an infant, and my mother-in-law, who started to cry when she saw the stairs. She is a 75-year-old with a condition of chronic very severe back pains. So basically, this meant that her entire trip was ruined. We ended up losing over a day of our vacation trying to figure out what to do. However,  it was impossible to solve this issue when dealing with such a detached, insensitive, and cold-hearted person. She kept repeating the same mantra of how she had already offered everything she could ( which was a lie ).  This ordeal cost us a lot of money, trouble, and precious vacation time. The main problem being, she couldn't move us to a  different room nor was she willing to refund some of our payment. We tried to speak to her heart, but nothing helped despite our begging and despite the fact we took it upon ourselves to find a new location in the middle of a cold December night (to clarify, We didn't even ask for a full refund). She agreed that it was indeed difficult to see the details of the flat via Booking.com because of the platform they force, and explained that had we booked with Airbnb we would have been able to see it all stated very clearly (On Booking.com, however, the stairs climbing is stated in a hidden section and in a  vague manner). Needless to say, her solutions were far from reasonable. When we asked whether or not this had happened before, her response was a cold " Yes and No" with a smug smile.

Stairs! Due to COVID-19, all lifts (elevators) were locked. I was on 6the floor. I had embrace change.
