Located on a busy street, loud traffic

Hotel is located in a great spot, staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great! Very comfortable beds.

Hotel is located on a busy road, lots of traffic, sirens, loud. Had to park at a different hotel a block away, parking is limited and very tight squeeze. Can hear water running through pipes, not very quiet in the rooms.

Preis Leistung stimmt.

Zentral und sehr gutes Frühstück. Freundliches Personal

Etwas kompliziert wenn man das Zimmer im anderen Haus hat. Manchmal übler Geruch im Gang.

Great value!

We were there only for one night, and were looking for something near the bus terminal. We had a fully furnished apartment with a sofabed for our daughter, and a separate bedroom for us. Very roomy, very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, simple but the best we have had in similar hotels in Canada. Free of charge bagage storage was also very useful for us. We will come back for sure!!

Très agréable séjour, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Le déjeuner inclut est excellent. Lits très confortables. Emplacement parfait pour le Centre-ville.

Alles völlig in Ordnung! Vielen Dank und gerne wieder!

Die Lage war perfekt, das komplette Stadtzentrum war zu Fuß erreichbar, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war angemessen.

Durch die zentrale Lage war es auch nachts sehr laut.

Excellent Location

Fabulous location, only a short walk from Old Montreal. We are repeat guests and love the location. Good breakfast included.

Bof! pour une nuit ca passe avec des bouchons d'oreilles

L'emplacement. Chambre ordinaire. déjeuner correct

L'isolation des fenêtres pour le bruit. On se serait cru dans la rue.

Exceptional

The room was clean and perfect for our stay. Great breakfast every morning , convenient location within walking distance to Old Montreal. Staff was friendly. Underground parking was a bonus and close enough to the hotel.

Very very good

Everything was very good. Continental breakfast could have had a little more choice but it was good. Staff very attentive and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

One staff member at reception was new and didn’t know the answer to our questions. So, a new staff member should not be left alone, like he was, to answer questions that he was unsure what the answer was.

The people who were at kitchen and breakfast area were working hard and were able to keep the tables clean and in order. The location of the hotel is very central, easy access to many locations with short walks.

The front desk people could be more friendly, willing to listen and help.

What I liked about this place is that although it didn't come with any special or exceptional feature (like pool, fancy rooms, furniture, etc.), it satisfied all our needs and gave us all we wanted from a nice stay.

Staff were friendly overall, but they could be even more friendlier :)

Good location and confortable.

The room was confortable and spacious. Well equiped kitchen Good breakfast. Location was great.

Front desk staff. I ask for cleaning every day and they didn't came. They charge me for laundry in US dollars, but give me canadian dollars.

everything went well from checked in to checked out. breakfast is okay.

The rooms are not soundproof, so we can be heard from the other room, we were chatting and laughing with our friends at 10::00 pm and reception called us because of a complaint. Microwave was not working in our room.

Good value for the money.

It is very close to Old Montreal and the St. Lawrence River. I walked everywhere.

Room is a little small. My keycard kept malfunctioning.

Perfect place for a short stay in a busy city

First the staff was very responsive. I was traveling from Europe and asked for a quiet room. My flight was delayed but I made it to the hotel before midnight and they kept a quiet room for me. The location was great for my errands. The breakfast was enough to start a busy day. Everything was clean and tidy as usual.

I really have nothing negative to say about my stay here.
