My husband & I stayed here for a night and the owner Sam, made us feel at home. He was very kind, friendly and welcoming. He not only introduced us to his friends and their restaurant across the street, but he offered and dropped us to the airport the next morning. We will definitely be visiting back again. Also very close and convenient to the Universal Studios!

Maybe the bed, but still overall comfortable for 1-2 nights.

the location was amazing, all the department stores and great food Lucifer’s pizza and sushi mmmm and the cannabis ice Kream store I’ve block away. it was awesome to be in a location that was safe clean and the owner was so nice he gives you free beverages. He’s very nice and welcoming and I will be staying there again.

The only thing that I did not like was the standup shower in my room because the water pressure was so high that it was making the shower curtain not stay down so all the water was coming out of the shower, so I had to throw all the towels on the floor to capture that water and then I forgot to mention it to him but he was a really nice man. It’s really good location and they really clean. I just think that they should figure that out.

Location is great. Front desk attendant was great. He took us in his own car to Universal Studios, to save us the $70 parking fee , which was a 5 min car ride. Felt very safe and secure knowing he was around. Not a luxury place but for the price and considering we only slept there sincere we where out and about the whole trip it was an exceptional value but the hospitality alone was priceless!

Sheets were stained towels were dingy no lock on bathroom door

our “smoke free” room smelled like cigarettes and we told the guy at the front who basically said not my problem. our towels were already used and dirty. the bathroom door does not actually close, so there is literally no privacy. light switches were broken. my friends foot was on the ground and the bottom of his foot was literally black from the floor of the hotel. hotel from hell.

The owner was very nice and welcoming, she even showed us to our room and asked if that room was ok. The room was very clean and remodeled. The location was very good ! Close to Starbucks and restaurants. Very close to Universal Studios. We also checked out early and there was some one at the office to attend me. Also the parking was great and available.

The woman who checked me in was so nice. She showed us the rooms she had available that we requested and let us choose. She showed us a way to Universal Studios that was walking distance and even offered us a ride to the shuttle. The man who helped us during check out was also very nice as well. He let us take our time with checking out and had great customer service!

Not that I am complaining I absolutely loved my stay and will be returning I just wish check out time was a little later. Like 11am other than that loved it!

It was a short distance to Universal Studios. I arrived an hour or so after the check-in time and there was someone still there was a friendly man still there waiting for me to arrive to check in!

While I was checking in, I was unable to hear the man through the window and he was also unable to hear me. It would have been great if there was a better way of communicating with them during the check-in process.

everything else - checking in took forever, the man (I assume is the owner) was on the phone back and forth with computer. We had to squeeze by a filthy trash barrel to get to our room, this was our welcome. The mattress had loud plastic covering and wud catapult my partner on opposite side of bed when I hopped into bed. The wash sink was outside the bathroom. The water pressure was so high it hurt my areola. There were discarded tools or miscellaneous items in the parking lot, it made the whole scene extremely dumpy. I feel for the man trying to run the place, I don’t think he knows how to improve his business. We WILL NOT be back for sure!
