Good location. Property management very responsive.

Great condo with one exception, the floor in the secondary bedroom had a major soft spot in the floor. Evidently this has been there for a while due to the laminate flooring was cracked and buckled

Very nice condo well decorated and felt very much like home. Very kid friendly and had lots of toys for beach and pool. we even donated a bad mitten set. Very convenient to pool and beach access. I would love to stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

Property was clean, no issues. Only complaint was the pool was closed, and we were not notified.

Over all it was decent, unit was clean and worked well with small kids. However, I was told the the pool was open with no restrictions due to COVID, only to have an extremely rude “owner/board member” telling us the pool was closed due to resurfacing. The woman then continued on saying there are cameras set up to kick people out if they attempt to go onto the pool deck, until my 6 year old was in tears. I contacted property management, who explained they would never intentionally deceive a renter, but they didn’t think the pool would be open all season. They went on to say that when they would tell people the pool was not open they would lose renters (the pool was a main reason we chose this unit, which is why I asked ahead of time). I was also told there was laundry in the unit, which there was not. There were coin operated laundry down the hall, but with no change machines (and a national coin shortage) it wa difficult to find a place willing to give up quarters ($2 per laundry load). Property management did offer a refund if we chose to leave that day or 2 nights off to compensate for the pool being closed. We went with the two night option to save the heartbreak of our kids. While I appreciate trying to correct the situation, I would not rent again simply based on the dishonesty regarding the pool status.

Condo priced similar to a hotel room, so with a tween and teen, we opted for the condo to save our sanity. Thankfully, it provided the space that we needed since the weather did not play nicely. Plus the kids had double beds vs twins. That was great! The condo was okay in cleanliness - we have stayed at cleaner. There were a ton of Knick-knacks which made it a bit difficult to unpack (until we put them away for our stay). The property manager probably needs a little bit more eyes on as there were a couple of different items (broken furniture and cleanliness) that we submitted. Be prepared to bring your own beach towels. Forewarning, they only provide 1x towel set per bed, so if there are two of you in the master then you get to share or steal your kid’s towels :-). Overall: Decent Stay for your Money. Great beach access. Love this part of the beach.
