Come and experience the beauty of C5 Ranch! This stunning 6-bedroom country home, nestled on 30 acres of lush oak trees, is perfect for large families, group gatherings, reunions, weddings, or any special occasion. Enjoy a variety of activities including hiking, fishing (seasonal), wildlife watching, swimming, and basketball.

Only minutes from Magnolia Market and Baylor University, the ranch offers year-round deer viewing. BBQ grills are available for outdoor cooking by the pool or in the covered outdoor kitchen. A grocery store is just a short drive away. Explore nearby McGregor for a taste of small-town Texas or Waco for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

We also have a separate guest house available for up to 6 more guests, allowing for a larger group to comfortably stay together. Relax, unwind, and create unforgettable memories at C5 Ranch!
