Liked the location although lots of roadworks and construction going on in the area (HS2) so might not be to everyone's liking.

couldn’t get in the front door as lock was stuck. had to wait over an hour in the cold for someone to come out. we didn’t get out early check in as requested and agreed.

Road works, closed roads, cracked tiles on bathroom floor , broken toilet seat, shower doors not fully closing, not a double bed as promised, green light shining down on bed. Dirty glass, parking area uneven and unsafe. No assistance from management company. Booked in for a week, left after one night!

- Spacious. Relatively clean. - Close to local bus stop. About a 10-15 minute walk in city centre. Mostly quiet area, but some late night foot traffic can be rowdy and noisy. - Didn't see any staff, but received a phone call to make sure I settled in. - 10 minute wall from coach station.

Slightly difficult to find and in a slightly derelict area. Once construction is complete, will be a great location. On arrival, met some random guy obsessed with sexy times. Not sure if he was a neighbour or a random.

There was nothing to like it was terrible It had no heating , I got locked out because of the dodgy lock the rooms are not as described it's not a apartment

No heating , in the middle of a building site literally, front door was impossible to get open , rooms were not as described , owners unhelpful, you wash the plate next to the toilet ended up going home early it was that bad

The room received wasn’t what was advertised. The double bed in the picture was 2 single. RDS pushed together. We were told about a £250 deposit the day before we were to check in. in order to pay this the owner sent me links that did not work at all. Finally she asked me to pay the deposit over the phone. Upon further investigation, I realised The number used to call me was a Philipino number not a British one, which I found dodgy. Luckily the card I paid the deposit one isn’t linked to my main bank account. The location of this place is near a building site and luckily as we were there on the weekend we weren’t subjected to the noise from the site. Currently I am waiting for my £250 deposit to be returned. Also the bathroom door was broken, there was no heating in the room. Honestly for the price this place is absolutely not worth it.

check in was easy, space inside was ok.

location - we felt very isolated being in the middle of a demolition zone, and were woken early Saturday morning by builders digging up the road outside! Given this the price we paid seemed pretty steep to be honest! also were only given one bath towel for 2 people staying! luckily I had come prepared with my own towel.

Absolutely shocking!! Nothing like the pictures. The electric went off for 12 hours on the second night. Emails and texts have been sent to complain but nobody has bothered to return contact. Disgraceful place situated in the centre of a building site!! Do yourself a favour and don't stay at these apartments.

Comfortable, clean beds

They took payment up front; later, they said there might be a security deposit -- unwelcome surprise. Too many messages in the week leading up to the trip, all requiring response. Very fiddly way of getting keys. No hot water on Sunday morning; no response on their phone.

i liked nothing about this place it was a total nightmare from start to finish the area is unsafe to be in

i did not like the fact the place was horrible i would not of put a dog in there never mind a person the bed haedbord all stained the mattress did not have a mattress protector on the mattress was stained, when we plugged the iron in that was supplied it blew all the plugs in the apartment i rang up but the person just fobbed me off then the alarm for the property went off when i rang up to say i was leaving as this had been the worst 2 hrs of my life they just hung up and now they will not give me a refund , i strongly advise nobody to stay here if you value you or your family i will not be using booking.com either as they were no help trying to get my money back how can you charge someone who does not stay in the property and experienced a nightmare ordeal i also had to book into a hotel last minute which cost me over £250 which i never expected to do and carpark for £40 i have to say please do not use this place as you will hate every minute and you will not get a refund avoid at all costs

Close to town centre and the performers college.very spacious for what we needed. Clean and tidy with towels in the bathroom. Microwave and fridge very clean and very handy. Easy to get into propery with key code boxes.

Smoke detector light, (I think in middle of ceiling) lights up the room green while your trying to sleep at night. Made it hard to sleep on the 1st night. Didn't like to wash cups and dishes in bathroom sink. The bedside lamp you couldn't plug in, as no plug socket, headboard and base of bed needs up grading.
