About this house rental
The ranch is an operating farm. Located within the Carlos community , outside of College Station. Yankee Tavern and Grille is located nearby as is Gibbons Creek Reservoir. The house is 4ooo square feet, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Guest will have access to 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2400 square feet all on one floor with central heating and air. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave ,dishwasher, double oven, stove top, refrigerator, keurig, and toaster. There is no garbage disposal. The open concept living room has a flat screen TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Sling. There is Wifi and satellite internet fast enough to stream. Washer, dryer, iron,ironing board is available. The bathrooms include towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer. Bedrooms have comfortable king and queen beds. The yard is surrounded by lovely gardens, beautiful pergola , open pit barbecue, and other shaded sitting areas. Small pet considered. Long term stays available.

It was a great home for a multi generational family. There are plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, a large kitchen, a wonderful outdoor space and all on one level. Within 20 minutes to College Station

The Home was beautiful and large. Fresh flowers in most of the rooms. Very Clean and nice furniture thought out the home. Garden looked great and yard was clean. I didn't understand that the key pad was in the outdoor hall, had to call owner. I didn't want to go in the house without permission. The outdoor hall looked like part of the main house. Only thing, was a lot of the light switches to some rooms were in a hall. The out door lights was a guess which switch when to what light or fan?Only thing need to be fixed was in the bath in the East end of the house didn't turn the shower head from shower to tub. The bath also was very slow draining. Beds were great, very comfortable!
