All comforts available and more. Very welcoming home with many amenities, including a pool! This house sure felt like home for us during our nearly four months stay. The owners were quick to respond and address any concerns or answer questions.

When we arrived the house was as we expected. Pool was warm and kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen supplies. Bedrooms were clean and beds comfortable. But master bath had ants and we found spray to get rid of them. Lanai was great for watching the canal and fish jump. Plus lots of birds. Fenced in yard was great for our dogs. But then things began to fall apart. First time we showered plumbing backed up. It was in evening so had to wait for handyman to come in morning. He couldn’t fix it so had to wait again for a plumber who discovered a major issue with old pipes. So long story short 3 days of plumbers and we were not able to flush paper down the toilets. Made for a long 34 days. Ants were also a problem we had to buy more spray. For bathroom and kitchen. Oh and palmetto bugs. Then first hard rain we had the ceiling leaked in the den all over the pull out sofa which we were using. Then had to wait for another handyman. But what really was a disappointment was it started getting cooler at night and solar heater didn’t keep pool warm. Pool water dropped 10 degrees and never got warm again. So didn’t use pool for last week. We enjoy the area but will not rent here again.

Well appointed home, with a large swimming pool on a canal. Had everything we needed. Appliances, bedding, pool toys. Owner was always available via the phone to answer any questions. Would stay there again.

Joe and Samantha were nothing but communicative and attentive! The pool was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the warm Florida weather. 10/10 would stay here again!

We rented Joe and Sams house February and March 2021. It was wonderful!! House is even more spacious than pictures show. Everything you would need is there. Spent a lot of time out by the heated pool relaxing. Even saw a manatee on second day there. We would definitely recommend Joe and Sams rental!!!

House had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet. Pool on the canal was was sunny and serene.

We were very pleased with the rental. Was exactly as pictured. We stayed Feb and Mar of 2020. Things were great til about mid-March when the coronavvirus hit. We are in our 70's and so the last two weeks we only went out for supplies once. I would say if you had to be self-quaranteed, this was a good place. The pool was a godsend. Joe, the owner was very quick to respond to any problems. One he couldn't do much about because of the pandemic problem. I enjoyed our chats on the phone. Would recommend this little gem of a rental to anyone.

We stayed at Joe and Samantha’s for three months while I was working at the local hospital. Lovely three bedrooms and two bathrooms with plenty of space. House was fully equipped with everything you would need and more. Great screened-in and newly redone pool. We spent most of our time floating in the pool! Nice backyard right on the canal. Joe and Samantha were always very responsive whenever contacted. Our dog loved the house as well. She didn’t want to leave! Would recommend and would stay again!

We enjoyed our trip. The house was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Our granddaughter loved the pool. We also loved that we could fish in the canal from the backyard. We caught several fish and blue crabs. The neighborhood was quiet and close to any store you would need. We had plenty of room so friends were able to visit for a couple weeks. Joe and Samantha was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

The house is located in a good neighboard hood and the owners of this property are really special with the Customers. If i have to return to port Charlotte I will rent this house For sure

Joe and Samantha were a delight to work with. I am 66 and technically challenged. Joe was very helpful and patient helping me figure out all the wi-fi and fancy TV. They just went above and beyond to see that myself, and my dog, had everything we needed. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. Loved it. Bonus- nice neighbors! Linda from cold Connecticut

We rented as a transition for our move to the Port Charlotte area, and this house was perfect for the family of 6 and the 2 small doggies. There was plenty of room for three kids (age 14, 7, 9), Nana (age 77), and the pups to all have their own space. The owners were extremely interested in providing top-quality hospitality, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. In many ways, we were spoiled. Upon arrival, house was super clean! Great WiFi, the TV's were all HD, with a 3D television and well-appointed movie library in the living room, and decor was tasteful and comfortable. Amenities were numerous, and Everything worked great while we were there. There was a handyman around the corner if needed, and pool and lawn services made everything hassle free. Again, we were spoiled! We all loved the pool, fishing from the backyard in the canal, and local ducks wandering the neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood, and location is convenient to everything in the area. Great restaurants right around the corner (must try the PC Fish House and Nan's Thai Noodle in town while there!! ) ***Wrapping it up: Everything exceeded expectations, especially at this price point ! ! ***

My husband and I just came home from our 3 month stay this passed weekend. This house is exactly as advertised. It is clean, very comfortable, and was well equipped with everything you need... The house is completely dog friendly with a fenced in yard. Our 2 small dogs were very welcomed and felt right at home immediately.. There is a beautiful built in pool with a screened in lanai..Weather permitting we spent many days just relaxing or going in the solar heated pool. Which was awesome. We brought our 13 foot Whaler and docked it right in the canal in the backyard... It took us about 12 minutes to get to the harbor... Fishing was great and my husband even caught fish right from the back yard canal... I can't say more about the owners Joe and Samantha.. They are the nicest people, They kept in touch with us and made sure we had everything we needed.. All shopping is close by. Fishermans Villiage in Punta Gorda has great restaurants. We went there by boat several times and had dinner. If we didn't buy a condo this winter we would have definitely rented this home again next winter... You won't be disappointed..

Home turned out better than advertised. Nice neighbourhood, great pool and centrally located. Owners always concerned about our enjoyment and well being. We felt right at home and our two small dogs were safe and sound. Great spot......highly recommend Joe and Samantha's home!

The house is nice. Three bedrooms and two baths. Everything was clean and the house was as described in the add. The pool has a solar heater which works well. We had everything here that we needed. Just bring clothes. The owners took care of any issues immediately. Beaches and many other things to do are all within 30 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet. Very nice place to stay.
