The house was very clean and well stocked. I was pleasantly surprised that the pots and pans were in nice shape better than other rentals I've stayed in. The only minor issue was that the clothes dryer took forever to dry. Host was responsive. I would highly recommend if you want to be in this area.

We absolutely loved our stay! We are very familiar with the area, and the location of this home is really perfect. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was how clean the home was. It is nice to know how well maintained the home you'll be staying in is. Our host was friendly and responsive, and we all agreed it was even better in person than in the pictures. We will be repeat guests.

The property was exactly what we wanted, comfortable, quiet and spacious for 2 people, great location in Laurel Park. Unfortunately the neighboring homes were not in good condition, but never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. The property was exactly what we were looking for and being very familiar with the area, the location and proximity to town, golf, etc, was ideal. I would highly recommend Amelia’s home, she was delightful, answered any of our questions immediately.

We had a great 4-night stay in early January. The house was clean, nicely decorated, very well-equipped, roomy, and very comfortable. Your welcome book is really well done and helpful. Kitchen was awesome and super well-supplied. The living room and master bedroom are very comfortable (great bed!). Master bath is roomy and shower is great. We enjoyed the yard and deck and walks in the quiet neighborhood. The fenced in back yard is great for dogs. The gas fireplace and TV in the living room both worked great. We used the grill on the deck once, the fire pit once, and had fun with the foosball table when friends came over for dinner. It was super easy to get from the house to Jump Off Rock, Carl Sandburg home, local restaurants, and the Hendersonville Racquet Club for pickleball! We hope to stay here again in the future.
