Really beautiful location and a relaxed atmosphere

The guest house idea needs a bit more love and attention. So, lack of music or any kind of entertainment.

Location and room

When we arrived nobody really expected us, even though we called before and told them about our late arrival, for which we paid 30 euros extra even. After finally finding somebody responsible at the place we were told that breakfast comes for additional 15 euros, which is crazy when paying 350 euros a night. There is no house keeping that makes the bed or cleans during the stay. Further, when arriving to the breakfast at 10 there was basically nothing left - a few leaves of salad maybe. The location and room is great, though certainly not worth 350 euros a night - for that money everything has to be top notch. 150 euros seem more reasonably priced

The location at the lake is very nice. The rooms were comfortable. It has a lot of potential but needs to be further developed.

It has to be said that construction is taking place on the premises. The garden had unfortunately no real furniture. It is next to a busy street which can be quite noisy.
