THE PROPERTY IS FURNISHED TO A HIGH STANDARD AND HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR THE PERFECT SELF CATERING HOLIDAY. PLEASE NOTE THE PROPERTY HAS AIRCONDITIONING IN THE LIVING ROOM ONLY, FANS ARE PROVIDED IN THE BEDROOMS ON SITE THERE IS A COMMUNAL POOL AND GARDENS, THE VERT INN RESTAURANT, THE OLD BARREL PUB, JESFRESH SUPERMARKET, GYM, AND WELLNESS CLINIC, AND A PLAY AREA. THE APARTMENT IS JUST A 6 MINUTE WALK TO THE BOARDWALK IN CABANAS DE TAVIRA, WITH ALL THE BARS AND RESTAURANTS AND THE ACCESS TO THE BEACH. JUST A 7 MINUTE DRIVE TO THE BEAUTIFUL TOWN OF TAVIRA

Our only criticism would be, it would have been nice to have had a dressing table in at least one bedroom. Otherwise everything was good

Très bel appartement avec grandes terrasses
Le logement est d’un très bon standing.
L’appartement, ses terrasses et la piscine commune sont très agréables. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour.
Aux vues de ces prestations, il est toutefois regrettable que l’appartement ne soit pas mieux entretenu :
- mitigeur de cuisine défectueux (cassé)
- luminaire (plafond) de cuisine absent (ampoules visibles)
- baie vitrée de la cuisine endommagée ne permettant pas une ouverture normale
- fuite importante d’une chasse d’eau
- portes de placards d’une des chambres défectueuses (non adaptées aux dimensions)
- chaudière (production d’eau chaude) défectueuse : difficulté de mise en marche et pas d’eau chaude le dernier jour.
En conclusion : la construction et les équipements sont parfaits. Mais une mauvaise gestion d’entretien risque de dégrader le standing de ce superbe appartement. Au prix de la location en haute saison, on peut être exigeant sur la qualité des prestations dans les moindres détails.
