Luxury Living in Idyllic Laglio! Stay in this beautiful apartment situated in a stunning refurbished character Residence in charming Laglio, a village famous for its romance and its Hollywood resident, George Clooney! This apartment offers space and absolute comfort in a modern two level apartment with a spacious Open plan Living and Dining area equipped with a large flat screen TV and leather sofas. For those of you who need to keep in touch with work or family, Wi-Fi Access is also available in the property. The high quality contemporary Kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for a self-catering holiday, and a family size BBQ is located in the sunny private Garden, which leads off from the Living area and which is the perfect place to relax during the day on the sun loungers, or to enjoy a wonderful ‘Alfresco’ dining experience during the warm summer evenings! The sleeping accommodation is flexible and great for traveling families or parties of up to 6 persons, with two spacious Double Bedrooms, of which the Master Bedroom boasts Lake views and an En-suite Bathroom. A third spacious twin single bedroom is situated on a mansard/loft level and is reached by a flight of stairs. There is a newly fitted Bathroom in the property, providing a total of 2 Bathrooms. Outside, other than the private garden the apartment also offers private parking within the residence. Laglio is a very pretty and idyllic Italian lakefront Village with a choice of authentic restaurants for you to try. It enjoys close proximity to cosmopolitan lakeside city of Como, which can easily be reached by car in just 10 minutes. There is also a bus service for guests using public transport, it is recommended though to rent a car to make it more convenient for guests to explore the Lakeside villages and towns.

„Regina Grande“
Die Anlage „Regina Grande“ in Laglio ist im Grunde vollkommen ausreichend für einen Aufenthalt am Comer See.
Die gemietete Wohnung entpuppte sich bei der Ankunft als Reihenhaus mit eigenem Garten , der aber mit einem direktem Nachbarn geteilt werden musste- daher keinerlei Privatsphäre. Zudem verrichtete der Hund des Nachbarn sein Geschäft vor unserer Nase.....Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war sicherlich irgendwann mal gut bis überdurchschnittlich gut , wurde aber in den letzten Jahren oder Jahrzehnten schlichtweg abgenutzt.
Der Gesamteindruck der Wohnung war leider nicht der beste und alles war sehr angeschmutzt. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht, es gibt keine deutsche TV Sender. Der abgebildete Grill war eine Unverschämtheit und hätte als Altmetall entsorgt werden müssen- wir mussten leider 1 Woche lang darauf schauen....die Küchenausstattung war extrem spärlich bzw. nicht vollständig...oder einfach in ekelhaftem Zustand.
Kaum Kochutensilien, keine Tischdecke( die man bei diesem Tisch aber wirklich brauchte!), wir haben dann ein Bettlaken zweckentfremdet...
Was uns aber am meisten ärgert: die sehr hohen Endreinigungskosten ,für die es tatsächlich nur frische Bettwäsche und einige Handtücher gegeben hat. Alles war voller Spinnweben und Staub, in jeder Ecke, egal wohin man schaut. Die Spülmaschine bei Ankunft noch voll( inklusive Speisereste)....wir haben am Abend der Anreise erstmal geputzt. Die Kommunikation mit dem im Vorfeld so gelobten Verwalter vor Ort gestaltete sich schwierig. Nach einigen Telefonaten und e-Mails / Schilderung der Mißstände ( man hat ja sonst nichts zu tun) wurden am 3. Tag wenigstens das WLAN ans laufen gebracht und wir bekamen dann 2 Bratpfannen ... davon hatten wir dann 4 !
Nach erneuten e Mails mit der Bitte um wenigstens Rückerstattung der aus unserer Sicht nicht erbrachten Endreinigung haben wir trotz mehrmaliger Ankündigung haben wir bis heute keine Reaktion oder Entschuldigung , etc, erhalten.
Fazit: schöne Wohnung mit Potential, Verwalter totalentfall!
Wir haben das beste daraus gemacht und 7 schöne Tage am Comer See verbracht.

I have to say Regina Grande was centrally located.All of the instructions were helpful.It was not difficult to find. The welcome basket was lovely to find.
We were there for a wedding which we did enjoy even if it rained a great deal.

The villa was very easy to find and we truly enjoyed our stay. Danilio was fabulous in arranging a boat for us as well as a chef who could prepare a gluten free menu.

My partner and friends have had the most enjoyable stay on Lake Como! Staying in Regina Grande really made it. The apartment was so spacious and gave us plenty of room to relax and entertain. The outside garden was just the perfect spot for alfresco dining! Laglio was a really pretty and timeless place and it was easy to unwind there during our stay. Cernobbio and Como city were both just a short drive away so we enjoyed some great days out there, with its great art galleries, designer shops and restaurants. Il Gatto Nero was a firm favourite of ours! We also had some unforgettable dining experiences in Crotto dei Platani and La Piazzetta. We could easily reach the central lake attractions from Laglio with our rental car. Thanks so much for a fantastic summer hols!

My partner and friends have had the most enjoyable stay on Lake Como! Staying in Regina Grande really made it. The apartment was so spacious and gave us plenty of room to relax and entertain. The outside garden was just the perfect spot for alfresco dining! Laglio was a really pretty and timeless place and it was easy to unwind there during our stay. Cernobbio and Como city were both just a short drive away so we enjoyed some great days out there, with its great art galleries, designer shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay, and our plans are to return one day. Lake Como, Laglio, and the surrounding area are all spectacular. We took boat rides, visited St. Moritz, spent two days in Venice, went to Verona, Bellagio, Como, Milan, Lugano--you name it, we did it. The trip was over-the-top great. We would like to thank you all for the excellent service. We stayed at Regina Grand villa with our daughter and her two seven-year-old kids. The villa is SO beautiful, it is spacious, everyone had a bedroom. The pace is well taken care of. There is everything for a nice stay. We really felt at home The living room with an adjacent garden is a nice place to have afternoon lunches indoors ( as it was quite hot in August outside) and the garden which is equipped with everything you need to enjoy dinner with a bottle of wine outside when it is not that hot. We enjoyed having meals at the villa: we had grilled meals at least once a day. When you go the elevator you cannot get used to the spectacular view of the lake. We even went sunbathing and swimming in Laglio twice or three times during our stay. It was a five-minute walking distance from the villa on foot. Although we rented a car, but once we went to Como by bus and from Como you can catch a boat to Mennagio, Bellagio. A trip by boat is strongly recommended.
It was one of the best vacations we have had.

We would like to thank you all for the excellent service. We stayed at Regina Grand villa with our daughter and her two seven-year-old kids. Daarenboven wil ik toch ook even laten weten dat we bijzonder gecharmeerd waren door jullie service als agentschap. We huren regelmatig huizen of appartementen in het buitenland, maar kwamen zelden een agentschap tegen dat zo goed georganiseerd is als dat van jullie. Top !
