We are close to all the shops and restaurants in Cabarete. Long term of one-month rental or longer does not include electricity fees. Tv's didn't work. Many outlets didn't work. The condo was clean, but very old. The security and cleaning staff were great. The restaurant advertised breakfast, but had very little to offer. We go to Cabarete a couple of times a year. I would not go back here again or recommend it.

Property is right on the beach. Awesome spot to kite. You can come back and have a beer mid session. The property manager, Peggy, is beyond helpful. She is always there for you and helps you with any issue. We highly recommend it.

This is comfortable place with direct view to the water. It is a great place for kite surfers as kite surfing is right in front. You can setup and launch right there. Also the locals will help you for a small tip. You can get lessons right here as well if you want to learn. Internet was good for digital nomads.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in guter Lage für Kiters und für jeder, der eine ruhige Atmosphere bevorzugt. Sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über einen Balkon mit Meerblick. Mineralwasser ist für den Gast in einem Wasserspender zur Verfügung gestellt, da fand ich äußerst praktisch und freundlich. Wäsche wurde regelmäßig gewechselt, das Apartment wurde auch gründlich gereinigt. Die Verwaltung reagierte sofort auf weitere unseren Wünsche zu der Küche Ausstattung. Die Beleuchtung in allen Zimmer war jedoch etwas schwach und nicht alle Lampen und Schalter funktionierten, im Wohnzimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage und die Badezimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Deshalb liegt die Bewertung nicht so hoch. Insgesamt ist das Apartment sehr geeignet für einen netten Urlaub.

I stayed in #207 here for the month of Feb. ,2017 and definitely will return. It is a two bedroom, 2 bath small apt. with living room, dining area and kitchen. The best part is the balcony with a great view of the ocean and dozens of kites. William was there to greet me, gave me his cell number, and checked back with me every few days to see if everything was okay. This cozy, family and pet friendly hotel is a beautiful thirty minute walk on the beach to town. Plenty of taxis ($6.00) and motorcycles ($1.00) are available right outside the front lobby also for a trip to town. The only negative for me was that you had to sit in the lobby or in the bar to use the wifi. A plus was it came with weekly cleaning and unlimited 5 gal. Bottles of water on a dispenser.

I rented this condo at the end of March 2017. I found the property, as well as the associated costs, to be as they were described on the rental site. All of the arranged meetings took place as planned. There were no unpleasant surprises. I also felt there was adequate security on the property. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The wind picked up each day and there were many kite-boarders out on the water. It was both colorful and lively. I could see myself returning to stay here again.

This property has one of the most amazing locations: beach in front of you all the time with Kiters all over the air which helps to enrich the view. The beach is kind of private; which was perfect for me, you have a pool and also a bar with very good service.This property is in a 9/10 on maintenance and upkeep everything was clean at our arrival, they gave us clean towels and sheets. what really surprise me was the included maid service who came and help us clean up the apartment, very helpful attitude. Security team is very proactive, always looking for ways to let you know they are there to help you. the location is just perfect!, less than 10 minutes away from the Cabarete Nightlife. so you can go have fun and then get out of the noisy Cabarete town streets to the condo for a very peaceful and comfy rest. the comparison Price-quality-location is very well balance. I will recommend this place 100% to anybody who wants to go to Cabarete, to families who doesn't wants a crowded beach and for those group of young people like us who wants the crowded places but also seek for a chilled ambient to share just for them and their friends. The cherry at the top is the great courtesy i received from Ms. Kiousis; who manage the property, she is a very gentle and service oriented lady; I have never written any review at homeaway.com but that service deserves one, and also Chantalle; who works with Ms. Kiousis, who helped me get to the condo with ease. My overall satisfaction was 9.5/10 so i am going back for sure.

Location, location,location! Plus a staff of great people. We spent almost two months in a two bedroom condo. The unit was just as advertised, except the view was better. When we had any issue (which were very few) the staff took care of it right away. This is an international destination, we heard at least a half dozen different languages spoken and our lousy spanish got us by just fine, most of the staff speak english. A special shout-out to Yanfraci at the bar who kept us fueled up with cappuccinos every morning, and to Morino who was always watching out for my kids and picking up stuff we left out overnight, especially our kite. I hope I spelled their names correctly. Expect kites on the beach, the DR kids on the water are great kiters and will not let you loose your gear, is seem to be a point of pride that no one gets hurt or looses their boards. Remember that a tip goes a long ways. For a few dollars we had our kites rigged for us and launched and any rescue that was needed. We are definitely coming back!
